Who wants french fry grease for brains?

As a parent - is there anything you wouldn't do for your child? Despite our challenging economic times, it is fairly safe to assume that if we parents could buy added intelligence for our children, we would. But did you realize you can! By providing organic, nutritious, whole foods to your growing children, especially in the first few years, you are providing crucial, healthy fuel for developing bodies and brains. In our monthly healthcare class we discuss the fact that your brain and nerves are made up of fats; if you had the choice wouldn't you want your brain and your childrens to be made of healthy omega-3 fats, found in fish, nuts, avocados and flax, rather then McDonalds french fry grease?

Children who get to eat real whole food (fruits, vegetables, healthy proteins, omega 3 fats, nuts, legumes, and lots of water) will develop healthier brains and bodies. It is as simple and as wonderful as that. So go for it - invest in your child’s brain. Hopefully, they will be smart enough to thank you later!
