I recently had the opportunity to meet with some of our local legislators who voiced enthusiasm at being able to meet with a 'Chiropractor', me, because they often hear from the medical community, but rarely had been included in Chiropractic events.

In our honest and frank discussion she shared how mis or under informed our representatives are to the power of and public appeal of Chiropractic. Since many of you pay cash for your services, true utilization numbers are not known. The jest of our conversation was that they want to hear from you.

Whether you've had wonderful successes with Chiropractic or not, I think we all agree that we want the freedom of choice. The opportunity to choose who we see to meet our health care needs. The current reform may not include a choice, one proposal left out the family medical doctor too, including only drugs and hospitals.
